This website is operated by Prism’s Products, a business operated by Santiago Barrios, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prism’s Products. “You” and “your” refer to anyone who visits our website or purchases from us.

These Terms explain the conditions for using our website and purchasing our products. Please read them before placing an order. If you do not agree, do not place an order or use website features requiring acceptance of these Terms.

1. Our business and online store

Prism’s Products designs and sells lighting products, art pieces, electronic displays, and other creative products. Products may include handmade, assembled, or 3D-printed components.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and process orders. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, your purchase is from Prism’s Products.

2. Eligibility and information you provide

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the purchase.

You agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, email address, payment details, and shipping address.

You are responsible for reviewing your order information before submitting it and contacting us promptly if you discover an error.

If you create an account, keep your login information secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are not responsible under these Terms for losses caused by our failure to meet obligations imposed by applicable law.

3. Product descriptions and appearance

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting conditions, and viewing settings.

Handmade and 3D-printed products may have minor variations in texture, finish, dimensions, or visible layer lines. Such variations are acceptable only when consistent with the product description, advertised specifications, and reasonable expectations for the product.

This section does not excuse a product that is defective, unsafe, or materially different from its description.

Photographed props, furniture, power adapters, cables, batteries, and other accessories are included only when the product listing expressly states that they are included.

4. Prices, discounts, and taxes

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. A price change does not change the price of an order we have already accepted.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Promotions are subject to any conditions disclosed with the offer, including expiration dates, eligible products, and restrictions on combining discounts. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless we expressly offer that option.

Any comparison prices or savings claims will be presented in accordance with applicable law.

5. Orders and acceptance

After submitting an order, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgment does not, by itself, guarantee that every item is available or that we have accepted the order.

We accept your order when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, inability to verify payment, suspected fraud, a material listing error, or restrictions on shipping to the requested destination.

If an error affects an order, we will contact you where reasonably possible. We will not increase your order total or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amounts paid for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges for a fully canceled order.

6. Payments

Payment must be made using a method available at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or third-party payment providers. Their applicable terms govern their payment services.

If you select an installment or financing option, your payment obligations and financing terms are determined by the provider. A return or cancellation may require processing time before it is reflected in your financing account.

We do not require you to send complete payment card details by email or through our contact form.

7. Preorders and product releases

A product identified as a preorder may not be ready for immediate shipment. The listing will describe the expected availability or shipping timeframe and any special preorder conditions.

A release date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and offer any delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law. We will not treat an estimated date as permission to delay an order indefinitely.

8. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, shipping options, and charges are displayed at checkout. Additional details are provided in our Shipping Policy or on our Contact Us page.

Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery estimates are estimates rather than promises of arrival on a particular date. Production time, processing time, and carrier transit time may be separate.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has shipped.

If an order is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution. We may ask you to confirm the delivery details or assist with a carrier investigation.

Use of a third-party carrier does not eliminate our obligations or your rights under applicable law. A carrier’s delivery scan alone does not automatically resolve every delivery dispute.

Any additional charges for reshipping an order because of an address error or unclaimed package will be explained before you agree to reshipment.

9. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the full conditions and process for returns.

In general:

• Eligible returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

• Customers must ship approved returns back according to the instructions provided.

• Customers pay return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns.

• Different arrangements apply to confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Original shipping charges for standard returns are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

• We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please contact us before sending a product back. The appropriate return address will be provided with your return instructions.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. If an order has already shipped, the return process may apply instead.

The Return & Refund Policy controls the specific return process. Nothing in these Terms reduces rights provided by that policy, a separately advertised warranty, or applicable law.

10. Product use and safety

Read and follow the instructions, warnings, age recommendations, and electrical specifications supplied with each product.

Use products only for their described purpose and with compatible power supplies, cables, and accessories. Do not assume that a power source is suitable solely because its connector fits.

Unless a product is expressly described as suitable for such use, do not expose it to water, outdoor weather, excessive heat, or other conditions outside its stated operating requirements.

Do not continue using a product with damaged wiring, exposed electrical components, unusual overheating, smoke, or another sign of malfunction. Disconnect power when it is safe to do so and contact us.

Do not modify or attempt repairs beyond the instructions supplied with the product. Damage caused by misuse or an incompatible power source may fall outside voluntary return or warranty coverage, to the extent permitted by law.

Products described as display pieces or collectibles are not automatically intended as children’s toys. Follow the specific product’s age grading and warnings.

These responsibilities do not excuse a product defect or limit remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Warranties and product problems

Any express warranty advertised for a product applies according to its stated terms. These Terms do not cancel or replace an advertised warranty.

A standard return window is separate from a warranty period. A product may remain eligible for warranty service even after its standard return window ends.

Contact us with your order information and a description of the issue if you believe a product is defective. We may request reasonable supporting information to identify the problem and determine the appropriate remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any implied warranty or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Website availability and accuracy

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions, technical errors, or outdated information may occur.

We may update website content or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

If a material error affects your order, we will address it fairly and consistently with applicable law. We will not rely on a website error to impose an undisclosed charge or materially different purchase condition without your agreement.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

• Submit false payment information or impersonate another person.

• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.

• Upload malicious software or interfere with website operation.

• Use automated tools in a way that damages, disrupts, or unreasonably burdens the website.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other customers.

• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. Restricting access does not remove our obligations relating to existing orders, refunds, or applicable consumer rights.

14. Intellectual property

Original website text, branding, photographs, graphics, and other materials created by Prism’s Products are owned by us or used with permission, subject to applicable intellectual property law.

You may view the website and save purchase-related information for personal use. Other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires authorization unless permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not, by itself, establish affiliation or endorsement.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design, branding, software, or accompanying materials, except for any license expressly provided.

15. Reviews and customer submissions

If you submit a review or other content for public display, it should reflect your honest experience and must not contain unlawful material, private information about others, or content you lack permission to share.

You retain ownership of your submission. You grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce it in connection with the reviewed product and our store, including reasonable formatting that does not materially change its meaning.

We will obtain additional permission before using a private support message as a public testimonial or using customer content in paid advertising.

We may remove spam, unlawful content, private information, or abusive material. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or condition a resolution on the removal of truthful criticism.

16. Third-party services and links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or offer features supplied by outside providers.

Those providers control their own services, content, and privacy practices. Review their terms before using their services.

This section does not transfer our responsibility for your purchase to a third party or excuse obligations that apply to us as the seller.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared in connection with the store.

Please review that policy before submitting personal information. Privacy choices and rights are handled as described in that policy and applicable law.

18. Responsibility and limitations

Each party remains responsible for its conduct to the extent provided by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Prism’s Products is not liable for remote or unforeseeable consequential losses arising from website use or product use.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including to liability that cannot be excluded for personal injury, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, defective products, or violations of applicable consumer protection requirements.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from obtaining a refund, replacement, repair, damages, or another remedy when required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.

19. Questions and disputes

If you have a concern, contact prismproductsmanufacturing@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the resolution you are requesting. We encourage direct communication so we can try to resolve the matter promptly.

Contacting us is not a condition of exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted, including contacting a regulator or using an available payment dispute process.

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of Nevada, except where the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction provide protections that cannot be waived.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to bring an eligible claim in small claims court or another court with jurisdiction.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. The revised version will identify its effective date.

The Terms in effect when you place an order govern that order unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law. Later changes will not retroactively reduce rights associated with an existing purchase.

21. General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the policies referenced here, and the product and checkout terms presented with your order form the agreement for your purchase. They do not override mandatory consumer rights or specific promises we made as part of the sale.
