Returns

We offer a 90-day return policy starting from the day you receive your product. To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet our return requirements.

Every product includes a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage applies to issues caused by manufacturing defects or product faults.

To start a return, please email prismproductsmanufacturing@gmail.com. We will provide the return address and instructions for sending the product back. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product.
